Thank you for submitting your information to request warranty service.  A representative of Patterson Company will be in touch with you soon.  For non-emergency customer service requests, response time is typically within 5 business days.  To submit supporting photos, please email service@buypatterson.com and reference your neighborhood, lot number, and street address in the email.

For Emergencies related to Mechanical Systems  (HVAC, Plumbing & Electric):  If your request is an emergency, in addition to submitting this request for our records, please call the contractor directly.  Phone numbers for mechanical contractors were provided at your New Home Orientation.  These can be found in your New Home Orientation folder and on a sticker typically located under your kitchen sink or in your electric panel.
