Custom “she shed”–inspired space debuts at 6235 Central Pike as pre-sales begin for Patterson Company’s newest community
JULIET, Tenn. — Patterson Company has opened a custom-designed Information Center at Tillman Place, giving prospective buyers an elevated, boutique-style experience as pre-sales begin for the company’s newest Mount Juliet community.
Located at 6235 Central Pike, the Tillman Place Information Center is now open to the public Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and by appointment. The new space replaces the typical construction trailer with a thoughtfully crafted environment inspired by the popular “she shed” concept—an elevated setting where prospective buyers can explore floor plans, finishes, and community details in comfort.
“From the beginning, Tillman Place was meant to feel intentional—modern, welcoming, and connected,” said Tanya Yarbrough, Vice President of Operations for Patterson Company. “We carried that same mindset into the Information Center. It’s warm and inviting by design, and it gives buyers a place to slow down, ask questions, and start picturing what life could look like here.”
Tillman Place is a planned unit development featuring 24 single-family homesites and 113 townhomes. Initial sales are focused on three “garage-low” townhome floor plans ranging from approximately 2,154 to 2,449 square feet. The homes include three to four bedrooms, two-car garages, open-concept main living areas, and flexible lower-level spaces that can be used for storage or finished into bonus rooms.
Homes are currently priced starting in the mid-$400,000s, with limited pre-launch incentives available for early buyers.
Designed to support everyday connection and outdoor living, the community will include sidewalks, walking trails with exercise stations, open green space, a pavilion, a fire pit, a playground, and bike racks. Underground utilities are also planned for a clean, cohesive streetscape.
Tillman Place is zoned for Springdale Elementary, West Wilson Middle School, and Mt. Juliet High School. The community also offers convenient access to destinations across Middle Tennessee. It is located 1.9 miles from Providence Marketplace, minutes from Interstate 40, and less than 9 miles from Nashville International Airport. Nearby recreation includes Percy Priest Lake (5.6 miles) and Long Hunter State Park (7.5 miles), while Nissan Stadium (15.1 miles) provides access to concerts, sporting events, and entertainment.
Pre-sales are currently underway, with the first townhomes anticipated to be move-in ready in October and November 2026. A model home is projected to open in October 2026.
