A new year brings with it exciting opportunities and the potential for change and growth. Since we can expect that we’ll spend a lot of time in our homes for at least the first part of 2021, why not bring your interior decor up to date to make sure it reflects the latest trends? Here’s what’s on the horizon this year:

Colorful Walls

Our home should reflect a sense of joy and ideally a feeling of adventure, especially in the grim winter. Bold, deep jewel tones coating your wall will be all the rage in 2021. A textured wall, or even a living wall complete with plants, will do even more to make your home pop and provide a burst of inspiration or cheer.

Golden Brass

Brass, when used in lighting and plumbing fixtures, creates a classy look that will never go out of style. To augment this timeless finish, consider brass with brushed gold, which is warm, inviting, and sparkly. This look can be created through cabinet hardware, a toothbrush holder, or a bowl for all of your toiletries.

Stark Black

A matte black can be the boldest color of them all. Swap out your backsplash, tiles, or hardware for black replacements to add depth and create a dramatic and elegant effect. Black and white Spanish-style floor tiles are also extremely popular.
